Exercise 6: The Shoulder Combination

I had some bursitis in my shoulder once. A physical therapist gave me a slew of strengthening and stretching exercises for my shoulders. This exercise is good for your shoulders and also works out your biceps.
 
You'll need version 4 or later of the the free QuickTime plug-in to watch the movie in your browser. You can also download the movie to your hard drive and watch it with the free QuickTime Player.
