Exercise 5: The Chest Extensor

I had to give this exercise up because it made my shoulders too tired when I carried heavier weights. I substituted the one called Cool Down #1.

This exercise works your shoulders and arms out. It helps if you push your chest out as you touch your elbows behind your back. The short stroke of this exercise lends itself to doubling up the frequency with respect to the motion of walking, but you can do it slowly if you want.
