Exercise 1: The Overhead Press

This exercise is easy to learn and coordinate with your walking. It will give your triceps a good workout when you master it.
 
You'll need version 4 or later of the the free QuickTime plug-in to watch the movie in your browser. You can also download the movie to your hard drive and watch it with the free QuickTime Player. You can get the latest QuickTime plug-in and QuickTime Player for Mac or Windows at [http://www.apple.com/quicktime].
 
This streamable movie is available in two versions. The one labeled "56K" is formatted for downloaders using a dial-up connection. The other, labeled "T1," is a bit larger and more suitable for downloaders using a cable modem or other broadband Internet connection.
